General Shipping Information
At Brezinoxe, reliable and transparent delivery is our top priority. Every order is processed with the utmost care to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.
Processing and Delivery Times
Once your order is received, our team begins processing it within one to three business days. The actual shipping duration depends on the delivery location. Generally, delivery within Germany and the European Union takes between three and seven business days. International deliveries may take between seven and fourteen business days. In exceptional cases, such as public holidays or high order volumes, delays may occur.
Shipping Costs and Fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and displayed before payment. They are based on the delivery destination and the selected shipping method. For international shipments, additional local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email. This includes a tracking number that allows you to track the delivery status of your shipment in real-time. If you have not received an email, please first check your spam folder. We work with selected and reliable logistics partners to ensure smooth and punctual delivery. The choice of shipping provider depends on your location, the chosen shipping option, and the expected delivery time.
Delivery Address and Receipt
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is complete and correct. Incorrect information can lead to delivery delays or failed deliveries. Once your order has been shipped, changes to the delivery address are generally no longer possible. If you need a correction at short notice, please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping Delays
External circumstances such as strikes, natural events, or delays from shipping providers can affect delivery times. In such cases, we will inform you promptly about the status of your delivery and ask for your understanding regarding delays beyond our control.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address or refusal to accept by the recipient, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Additional costs for reshipping may apply.
