These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between you as a customer and Brezinoxe regarding the use of our website brezinoxe.com and the purchase of goods via our online shop. By placing your order, you accept these terms as binding.
Scope
The following terms apply to all orders placed through our online shop. The version valid at the time of the order is binding. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless Brezinoxe has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. Once you have completed the ordering process, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The purchase contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email from us. We reserve the right to reject orders without stating reasons.
Prices and Payment Terms
All prices on brezinoxe.com are stated in euros, including statutory VAT, but excluding shipping costs unless otherwise indicated. Available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order. We reserve the right to exclude payment methods in individual cases.
Delivery and Shipping
Shipping takes place after receipt of payment within the periods specified in our shipping conditions. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you promptly by email. Partial deliveries are permissible if reasonable for the customer. Delivery times will be extended appropriately in the event of force majeure. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received. Prior to the transfer of ownership, resale, pledging, or transfer by way of security is not permitted without our consent.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen days without stating reasons. Details and the model withdrawal form can be found in our separate cancellation policy on the website.
Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights apply to the goods offered. Brezinoxe is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products. In cases of slightly negligent breaches of duty, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Further liability, particularly for indirect damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
