Refunds and Returns

Our Promise

At Brezinoxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, we offer a fair and straightforward solution. Returns and refunds are part of our customer-focused service.

Return Period

You have the right to return products within fourteen days of receipt. The period begins on the day the goods are received by you or a person designated by you. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email at info@brezinoxe.com before returning any items. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be processed.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, undamaged, and preferably returned in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, are damaged, or incomplete cannot be refunded. Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from exchange unless an error was made on our part.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you by email about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued automatically via the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that refunds can take a few business days depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item was delivered faulty or damaged. In such cases, Brezinoxe will cover the shipping costs. Please ensure you choose insured shipping and keep the receipt, as we cannot accept liability for lost returns.

Exchange

A direct exchange is currently not possible. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered item, please inform us within seven days of receipt. Send us an email with your order number and a photo of the damaged item to info@brezinoxe.com. We will promptly arrange a suitable solution, whether it be a refund or a free replacement.
